A sponsorship opportunity exists for all our members to etch their name in a piece of Walmer Golf Club history. We have decided to refurbish our old Tee Box Markers, and would like to extend the sponsorship opportunity to our members first as we believe the members are what makes the club what it is.
We have various sponsorship terms available as per the table below and the sponsor will have on a first come basis, the decision on which hole to place their sponsorship:

Hollowtining (26 September 2021 - 1 October 2021)
PE Golf Club has kindly offered our members a rate, equal to their members, of R260 for 18 holes during our hollowtining period from 26 September 2021 to 1 October 2021.
Please contact the PE Golf Club Pro Shop should you wish to take up their offer during this time.
Please note below correct way to complete a scorecard
- Please note that any scorecards completed incorrectly will be deemed invalid and the player will be disqualified.

| Blue numbers assist the person doing prizegiving | |||||||||||||||||
| 1 | Mark the Tee Box off which you will be playing | ||||||||||||||||
| 2 | The name of the player you are marking goes in the Player A position | ||||||||||||||||
| If it is a Betterball or equivalent, then the 2nd player in the opposing team goes in the B position | |||||||||||||||||
| 3 | Your Name goes in the Player C position as the marker | ||||||||||||||||
| If it is a Betterball or equivalent, then your partner goes in Player D position | |||||||||||||||||
| 4 | The Handicap indexes of all players must be filled in | ||||||||||||||||
| 5 | The Course Handicap for all players must be filled in | ||||||||||||||||
| 6 | In competition, the Playing Handicap must be filled in | ||||||||||||||||
| 7 & 8 & 9 | There to assist the person doing the scorecards at the end of the day | ||||||||||||||||
| 10 | Only you as the marker must sign the card | ||||||||||||||||
New local rule regarding the Building Site
- If your ball enters the building site, you receive a free drop, in the drop zone, located at the 100 metre marker.
- If you balls lies against the fencing, but is still inside the course, free drop, at nearest point of relief, no nearer the hole.
